I honestly don't see the point of being sad, mad, discouraged, depressed, etc. for long periods of time. What good does it do you? I try and move on and shove bad things out of the way. I seem to be much chipper. Sure, we all have our downfalls at time, I know that I have, but dwelling on those times doesn't help.
